Możliwości

Aplikacja iVoting GOV jest narzędziem obsługi głosowań zdalnych w radach gmin, powiatów i w sejmikach wojewódzkich. Oprogramowanie będzie obsługiwać również związki międzygminne, międzypowiatowe, metropolitalne i wojewódzkie. Dedykowany moduł aplikacji umożliwi obsługę głosowań w sądach i prokuraturach (zgromadzenia ogólne), czy wybory ławników.

System głosowania imiennego, nieimiennego, intuicyjne i proste głosowanie, stałą kontrolę obecności uczestników sesji, prowadzenie debat z możliwością wyłączania mikrofonu lub odliczania czasu na wypowiedź. System będzie posiadał specjalny panel do obsługi dyskusji dla przewodniczącego obrad, z możliwością zgłaszania wypowiedzi w trybie zwykłym, advocem lub zgłaszania wniosków formalnych za pomocą smartofna, tabletu czy laptopa.

System będzie obsługiwał internetową transmisję obrad z sesji samorządowych (integracja z Youtube), streaming w czasie rzeczywistym do Internetu oraz archiwizacja nagrań, zgodnie ustawą o samorządzie. iVoting GOV może być podłączony do do lokalnych smart aplikacji mieszkańca umożliwiając pozyskanie kompletnych informacji o pracy samorządu każdemu mieszkańcowi. Nowatorskim rozwiązaniem będzie brak konieczności stosowania zewnętrznych mikrofonów i narzędzi dyskusji, gdyż obsługa będzie możliwa za pomocą laptopów, tabletów czy smarfonów. System umożliwia prowadzenie mobilnych, wyjazdowych sesji bez konieczności przebywania w specjalnie wyposażonych salach konferencyjnych.

Dodatkową funkcją będzie możliwość podłączenia tłumacza w języku migowym, a także transkrypcja głosu z obrad na napisy.
